In Ubivox it is possible to update an e-mail from a list. In other words, it is possible to edit directly in a profile in Ubivox. Please do the following:
- In the top right corner at your Dashboard, you start to search the e-mail, you would like to update. Click on the e-mail.
2.This is the subscriber profile, here you also have other tabs that are related to the profile. For example, you can see which lists they are subscribed to, the number of newsletters they have opened and clicked and what device they have opened the newsletter in.
- Now you have a text area, where you can edit the emaile in. And finish with Update e-mail address.
- In ubivox, you can see the logging data, that occur on the profile, which you can see every time you open the profile.
