When you import your subscribers to your list, there are four checkboxes in the configuration of your import.
Description of the four checkbox functions:
Update data fields: When you select this checkbox, you will update the subscribers’ data fields with information from the import file.
Ignore empty data values: Select this checkbox, if you do not want to overwrite the existing contents of your recipients' data fields with empty content from the import file. If the import file contains empty rows, they will be ignored.
Activate suspended: When a subscriber’s e-mail address no longer works, it will be suspended from your list.
Unsubscribe other: This checkbox makes it possible to use an external system as a primary list in Ubivox. If the check box is marked it unsubscribe all recipients on your list in Ubivox but not in the import file you upload. In this way, unsubscriptions can be implemented i.e. your external CRM into Ubivox.
