When you wish to unsubscribe a receiver from a list, please take the following steps:
1) Search for the email you wish to unsubscribe in the search field in the top right corner - Click on the e-mail address.
2) You will now enter the profile you wish to unsubscribe.
3) Click on Subscribers.
4) Click on Unsubscribe.
5) The last thing you have to do is to chose Use single opt-out - always use this method unless you are using Global opt-out.
6) You have now successfully unsubscribed the receiver.
