Your test e-mail has been sent

Your test e-mail has been sent. What happens now? Now we build the e-mail for you and we try to deliver it to the server handling e-mail for you. It should reach your inbox in a few minutes.

If we do not succeed in delivering the e-mail we will get an error message from the server and we will forward this error messahe to the sender e-mail address on your list. This means that you will be able to see it in this inbox if we can not deliver the e-mail to you due to technical issues.

If you do not receive the test e-mail in your inbox and you are unable to find the error message, an error has occured somewhere between your server and your inbox. Typically it will be a spam filter catching the e-mail. If you do not find the e-mail in your own spamfilter, it may be in your e-mail provider's spamfilter. You will have to contact your e-mail provider for an explanation as we are not able to find e-mails that have disappeared here.

If you are not sure who your e-mail provider is you can use a tool like mxtoolbox.com. Fill in your domain (without http or www) and you will get a list of the servers that handle your e-mail. From the address of the server you should be able to figure out who you need to contact to find a solution.

If you or your provider need additional info, please contact us.
